Which towns do you serve?
We proudly provide service throughout the North and Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, including Lake County and the North Shore. That includes Evanston, Skokie, Glenview, Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Mount Prospect and 10 more nearby towns. If you are just outside the list, call (847) 730-4048 — we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
How do I book the truck for my event?
Send the booking form with your date, location and rough headcount, and we will come back to you to confirm availability. If your event is soon, calling (847) 730-4048 is the fastest route. You can also email info@yummyicecreamtruck.com.
What is on the truck?
Bars, cones, sandwiches, character pops with gumball eyes, push-up tubes, italian ice cups and candy-bar ice creams — Good Humor, Blue Bunny, Popsicle, Bomb Pop, Klondike, Magnum, Rich's, Rosati Ice and FrozFruit. The full list is on the menu page.
How do guests pay?
We take Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App. If you would rather the treats be free for your guests, tell us on the booking form and we will quote the event as host-paid instead.
Can you cover a private party and a public event on the same day?
Sometimes — it depends on the timings and how far apart the two locations are. Give us both slots on the form or over the phone and we will tell you what fits.
What do you need from us on the day?
A spot where the truck can park legally and safely, close enough that guests can walk up. We run our own power and freezers, so no hookups are needed. Let us know on the form if parking is tight.
